TRAFIMIG 330 Dual Puls LCD is a professional, technologically advanced semi-automatic welding machine designed for industrial use and for welding heavy structures. Its solid construction, wheeled chassis and advanced functionality make it well suited both for automotive, metalworking and repair workshops and for more intensive production work. The welder supports MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG Lift DC processes.
The greatest advantage of this model is the combination of synergy, single pulse and dual pulse, which allows the machine to provide better weld pool control, reduce spatter and produce a more aesthetic weld. The user can choose from MIG PULS, MIG 2-PULS, MIG SYN and MIG MAN modes, as well as 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T and SPOT. The welder also enables CuSi3 brazing.
The model is equipped with a clear colour LCD display, two control knobs and function buttons. The screen shows the most important operating parameters such as the welding method, wire diameter, material program, welding mode, voltage and welding current. The menu is available in Polish and English, and the machine allows settings to be saved thanks to its 9-channel memory.
The welder offers a manual mode that allows the user to set parameters independently and adjust synergic settings, as well as inductance adjustment in 4 modes. This function helps when welding thinner elements, reduces the risk of burn-through and decreases the amount of spatter, which is also important when brazing galvanized components.
The machine is intended for welding stainless steel, low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, cast iron castings, aluminium and its alloys, as well as other weldable metals and alloys. In MMA mode, the model offers welding current adjustment, ARC FORCE arc dynamics control and a HOT START function that makes electrode ignition easier. The design based on IGBT technology provides higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, reduced electromagnetic interference and a more stable welding arc.
Everyday convenience is also improved by the 4-roll wire feeder with double pressure, which ensures stable and precise wire feed, as well as by the overload protection and fan cooling system, which increase the machine’s reliability. The welder is mounted on a solid wheeled chassis, making it easier to move around the workstation.
Advantages and functions
Inductance adjustment
A function useful when MIG/MAG welding thin elements, preventing burn-through, and also when brazing galvanized components. Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding spatter during welding in a CO2 shield. Thanks to inductance adjustment, the welder is suitable for brazing. Depending on the welder model, the adjustment is automatic or can be set manually.
Manual mode
The ability to set the welder manually and adjust synergic settings. This allows the operating parameters to be better matched to individual needs.
Synergy
This is a very useful function available in professional premium-class welding machines. After selecting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the machine automatically chooses most welding settings, such as wire feed speed and the appropriate voltage.
Dual Puls
Provides better transfer of filler metal into the welded material, which improves control over the welding process and weld quality. It enables work in all positions and is especially useful in forced positions. It ensures lower heat input, works well with thinner materials and materials with higher thermal conductivity, such as aluminium alloys. It also reduces spatter and allows a fish scale effect to be achieved.
Puls
Welding with pulsed current, in which high and low current intensity are applied alternately. This reduces the overall heat input and spatter while ensuring greater resistance to lack of fusion. This method can be used for welding both metals with high thermal conductivity and thinner metals without burning through them. Additionally, it makes it possible to obtain narrower and more penetrating welds on thicker metals.
Spot welding
Consists of making a joint in a small area of thin materials. Most commonly used for welding sheet metal.
2T mode
Pressing the button starts the gas flow and welding current, while releasing the button switches off the welding current and gas flow.
4T mode
Pressing and releasing the torch button starts the gas flow and welding current, while pressing and releasing it again stops the process.
S2T
A special 2-stroke mode with hot start and end current.
S4T
A special 4-stroke mode with hot start and end current.
HOT START
Makes electrode ignition easier by providing a higher welding current each time the arc is struck.
ARC FORCE
