TRAFIMIG 220 Dual Puls LCD is a modern inverter-based semi-automatic welding machine designed for workshop use and for welding light structures. The unit combines compact dimensions, low weight and advanced functionality, making it suitable both for everyday work and for more demanding tasks. The welder supports MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and TIG Lift processes.
A major advantage of this model is synergy, single pulse and dual pulse, which provide better control over the weld and high-quality performance. The unit also operates in 2T, 4T, SPOT, S2T and S4T modes, and additionally allows CuSi3 brazing. The user can choose between AUTO mode for beginners and Expert mode with the possibility of adjusting the parameters of individual operating modes.
The welder is equipped with a clear LCD display, a 4-language menu, 18-channel memory settings, a 2-roll wire feeder, a Euro connector for MIG torches, polarity change, and a MIG / MMA / TIG arc stabilization system. It supports 1–5 kg wire spools and allows settings to be matched to various materials such as mild steel, INOX, AlSi, AlMg and CuSi3.
In MMA mode, the model offers welding current adjustment, ARC FORCE arc dynamics adjustment, HOT START and VRD. In FLUX mode, it is possible to weld with gasless self-shielded wire using polarity reversal. The design based on IGBT technology ensures high efficiency, a stable welding arc, lower energy consumption and reduced electromagnetic interference.

Synergy
This is a modern microprocessor-controlled electronic control system that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, material type and material thickness.
PULSE
Pulse welding allows for better weld quality, enables welding in various positions, and makes it possible to weld very thin elements. Reducing the linear arc energy limits overheating or burn-through of the welded materials.
DUAL PULSE
Double pulse current welding makes it possible to adjust both the current pulsation used for joining the material and the wire feed speed. This improves the appearance and weld profile.
IGBT
The welder uses modern transistors that ensure minimal electromagnetic interference, low power losses in the basic circuits, and make it possible to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.
Inductance adjustment
Controls the width and depth of penetration and reduces the amount of spatter. It allows less heat to be introduced into the welding area, so the sheet metal does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged. This function is particularly useful for brazing.
2T / 4T
In 2T mode, pressing the start button begins the welding process and releasing it stops the process. In 4T mode, pressing and releasing the button once starts the welding process, and pressing it again stops it. This is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
S2T / S4T
2-stroke and 4-stroke operating mode with hot start, useful when welding materials that require preheating.
SPOT
Spot welding using the MIG/MAG method. This function is mainly used for joining overlapping sheets or for initial assembly of structures.
TIG Lift
The possibility of welding using the TIG Lift contact-start method. Arc ignition occurs through a slight rubbing of the non-consumable electrode against the welded material.
Memory settings
The unit has memory channels for saving your own programs.
ARC FORCE
Allows adjustment of the welding arc dynamics. Reducing the function value gives a softer arc and shallower penetration, while increasing the value results in deeper penetration and the possibility of welding with a short arc.
HOT START
This is a temporary increase in the welding current to make arc ignition easier and to provide initial preheating of the welded material.
