TRAFIMIG 300 COMPACT DP is a professional inverter-based semi-automatic welding machine designed for industrial use and for welding heavy structures. The unit is mounted on a solid transport chassis for a gas cylinder, making it suitable both for workshop use and for intensive production work. The model supports MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA and TIG Lift processes, offering a wide range of options for matching the working mode to the material and application.
A major advantage of this model is synergy, single pulse and dual pulse, which help achieve very good control over the welding process and high weld quality. The welder also operates in standard MIG/MAG, 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T and SPOT modes, and additionally allows CuSi3 brazing. The user can choose from programs for mild steel, stainless steel, AlSi, AlMg and CuSi3.
The unit is equipped with a 5-inch display, a 5-language menu, AUTO mode for beginners, an Expert mode with parameter correction, and 18-channel memory settings. The model also offers manual MIG, Spool Gun support, a Euro connector for MIG torches, a 4-roll wire feeder with double pressure system, support for 5 kg and 15 kg spools, a MIG / MMA / TIG arc stabilization system, automatic 230/400 V input voltage detection, and a 36 V regulator socket.
In MMA mode, the welder allows adjustment of the welding current, ARC FORCE arc dynamics, and the HOT START function, which makes electrode ignition easier. The model is also equipped with the VRD system for the MMA function. In FLUX mode, it is possible to weld with gasless wire. The design based on IGBT technology ensures high efficiency, a stable welding arc, lower energy consumption and reduced electromagnetic interference.

When using a suitable torch, the welding wire spool can be placed in the torch handle.
VRD
This is a voltage reduction system whose task is to switch off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding is finished. The function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level.
Multilingual control system
The device has a menu in 5 languages, which makes operation and parameter configuration easier.
MIG / MMA / TIG arc stabilization system
Ensures a more stable welding arc and better control over the welding process in various methods.
