Application
"This Sales Regulation applies to sales contracts concluded between the company F.H.U. EURO-KUTNO with its registered office at 38d Warszawskie Przedmieście Street, 99-300 Kutno, registered under NIP: PL9721279422, REGON: 368527765, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and buyers of its goods, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyers," unless separate agreements concluded in writing provide otherwise, in which case the provisions of such agreements shall take precedence over the provisions of this Regulation."
Product Descriptions
"Technical data and other information contained in catalogs, materials, descriptions or provided in other circumstances by the Seller are solely indicative and do not constitute commercial information about the product. Any discrepancies may arise from incorrect data provided by manufacturers or other unintended causes."
Cooperation
"The condition for starting cooperation by the Buyer through the e-shop is to make a proper registration. The Seller conducts retail and wholesale sales."
Orders
"The Seller accepts orders via:
- Online shop www.eurokutno.pl
- Telephone: 668-685-168
- In person at the company's headquarters Using the online shop requires logging in by providing the correct login and password. All prices visible in the online shop are gross prices. The customer cannot cancel an order that has been fulfilled by the Seller. Fulfillment of an order means its acceptance, confirmation, packing, and shipment of the goods to the address provided by the customer in the order."
Payment
"The payment for the goods can be made by the customer in the following way:
- In cash to the carrier, in case of an order for cash on delivery
- By bank transfer to the Seller's bank account (Online Payment - przelewy24 system)
- By credit card (przelewy24 system)
- In cash in case of picking up the goods by the customer at the Seller's headquarters or in cash to the EURO-KUTNO driver."
Delivery
"The goods ordered from the Seller are sent via courier companies. The release of the goods to the Buyer occurs at the moment of the goods' release from the Seller's warehouse to the Buyer or the carrier. Upon receiving the package, the Buyer has the right to check the contents of the package in the presence of the person delivering the package. If the goods are damaged, the Buyer has the right not to accept the package."
